Through active stewardship, the Board advances SAIM’s position as a trusted authority in AI leadership, governance, and professional development. Their leadership ensures that SAIM remains responsive to the evolving demands of organizations adopting AI at scale.

• Establish and uphold SAIM’s mission, vision, and strategic direction
• Provide governance oversight, including policies, compliance, and ethical standards
• Approve and monitor organizational strategy, initiatives, and performance metrics
• Ensure the integrity, credibility, and evolution of SAIM certification programs (SAIM-CP® and SAIM-SCP®)
• Oversee financial stewardship, including budgeting, funding strategies, and resource allocation
• Support global expansion, partnerships, and enterprise engagement initiatives
• Appoint and evaluate executive leadership to ensure effective organizational management
• Serve as ambassadors of SAIM, strengthening brand positioning and industry influence
